Maison Cellier is a Chicago-based wine collective focused on representing small, thoughtful producers from Europe and connecting their wines with restaurants that care deeply about what is in the glass.

We work with low-intervention vignerons we have personally met, visited, and tasted with — growers whose wines left an impact on us and spoke clearly of their place. We are drawn to producers who farm with intention, work close to the land, and make wines with energy, character, and authenticity.

Our approach is selective and relationship-driven. Rather than chasing volume, we focus on fit — pairing the right wines with the right restaurant programs, and helping build lasting partnerships between growers, importers, and hospitality teams.

Maison Cellier exists to bring soulful wines from independent producers to some of Chicago’s most compelling tables.
